                  ten years old;

_____         It was a first offense;

_____         It was a misdemeanor or an ordinance

                  violation;

_____         It was not a conviction for driving a

                  commercial motor vehicle while under

                  the influence of alcohol;

_____         Since that date, you have had no other

                  alcohol-related enforcement contacts;

_____         You have not been issued a commercial

                  driver's license or are not required to

                  possess a commercial driver's license;

_____         You have never had a DWI or BAC

                  expunged before.
